I have my venison processed here and have for many years because they do an awesome job and put out quality stuff. Their products are the finest with some exotic meat and fish choices. Great wine selection and I like that they have note cards for each wine with a short description and pairing ideas.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. A lot of different flavors of Brats, competitive pricing to a large box store, fresh meats, poultry, and pork. The staff goes above and beyond to help the customers.
Great selection of meats, sauces, out of the ordinary package goods. I built my own cheese gift box with their huge selection of cheeses. Large wine area. Fairly sure you can order custom cuts of meats. $$

This is to the response! Flank steak cured and smoked. Come on man. I lived in Lake Geneva since 1979. We took a field trip to your slaughterhouse .Are you kidding me? I've been eating that stuff since I was in high school back in 1980. I have never gotten a batch like I received during my review. Or I would have complained once in the last 30 years.
Been going there for many years and I don't know how , because they always been great but they keep getting better,never disappointing , the best products and the best people!!!!! Love LG country meats. Don't worry if it's looks to crowded ,because they get you in fast and you leave happy 😁 from Sherms Mom ,Robin and our whole family.🥰 👍👍👍👍👍
